We are a small family farm located in central Iowa. We believe that what we eat directly affects our health so it is important to us to nourish and improve our soil and water quality so we can provide the best nutrition possible for our grass-fed beef. We keep our herd size small, grazing them on diverse and lush pastures, producing the best product that we can. The land and animals entrusted to us are a gift that we don’t take for granted. We are committed to learning and always in search of improving our process. We are working to build a farm that is sustainable and able to be passed onto future generations.
